OMORA currently ships to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping origin
Orders are dispatched from Shenzhen, China.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping method
Orders are shipped using Tracked Standard Shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond OMORA's control.
Shipping charges
The applicable shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order's shipping weight. Automatic free shipping is not currently offered.
Import charges
For Phase 1 United States shipments, OMORA uses a delivery service intended to prevent a separate import-duty or customs-clearance charge from being requested from the customer upon delivery. This does not mean that all taxes of every kind are included.
If a carrier requests an unexpected import-related payment, please contact OMORA Customer Support before paying it.
